The Service is offered as an online platform through which Drivers (defined below) and Passengers (defined below) may post and arrange Trips (defined below) for Carpooling (defined below) purposes directly with each other and in a strictly non-commercial or professional context. By proceeding to use and access the Service you confirm that you acknowledge that Trafull is in no way a party to any agreements entered into between Drivers and Passengers, and has no control over the conduct of Drivers, Passengers or Members of our Service. You understand that Trafull is not an insurer, agent or broker, and you disclaim us of all liability in this regard to the maximum extent permitted by law.

3. Trafull’s Technology platform is an enabling platform for a user to connect with the traveler/package-sender/driver/package-carrier for availing the services related to courier services and transportations of persons.
4. Trafull shall provide all the efforts to make these services available subjected to the charges from the user transaction and your association/linkage with the respective enterprise. This is the essence of Customer availing the services from Us.

We guard your personal data: Trafull provides reasonable and appropriate safeguards to prevent loss, and unauthorized use or disclosure, of personal data.We are transparent about our data practices.Trafull is forthright about the personal data we collect and how we’re using and sharing it. User(s) means any legally abided individual or legally abided business entity/organization that operates in Nigeria or in other countries, uses and has the right to use the Services provided by Trafull. Our Services are available only to those individuals or business entities who can form legally binding contracts under the applicable law and or who are competent under law to enter into a contract under the provisions of the law. Trafull advises its users that while accessing the web site/ the application, they must follow/abide by the related laws. Trafull is not responsible for the possible consequences caused by your behaviour during use of web site/ mobile application. Trafull at all the times reserves the right to deny service for any reasons.
Trafull collects general user data including name, email ID, contact details, National Identification, Social Security etc. to facilitate services.It is assumed that all information collected from the user is Correct & Accurate as it is presumed that the user passing all information is correct & accurate as per the proof they have and Trafull can call at any time to prove the information passed to Trafull and Customer are obliged to comply with.
1. You will not use the Service or Application for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to sending or storing any unlawful material or for fraudulent purposes
2. You will provide us with whatever proof of identity we may reasonably request.
3. You will comply with all applicable law from your city, State and the country while using the Application or the Service.
4. You will not use the Service or Application to cause nuisance, annoyance or inconvenience.
5. You will not impair the proper operation of the network.
6. You will not try to harm the Service or Application in any way whatsoever.
7. You have understood your contract with Trafull for Website / Application usage and you have clearly understood the SERVICE in all respects of any kind. • Use the platform for personal purpose only. Any commercial use shall amount to infringement of Intellectual Property Rights belonging to Trafull and you shall be liable to pay 5,000,000 NGN at rate prevailing that present.
7. You will not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or legal entity as this is non-transferrable in nature. You will not copy, or distribute the Application or other Trafull Content without written permission from Trafull.
8. You will keep your account password information confidential or any other identification we provide you which allows access to the Service and the Application.
9. Registration on the platform: The platform can only be used by individuals who are above the age of 15. For under-aged people (0- 15), an adult registered can book their space and take responsibilities for them. There should also be someone to pick them up in cases of travel.
10. Verification of accounts: Only a member who has successfully passed the verification procedure will be allowed to offer a ride or pick up a package on the platform. Rides are offered by eligible and verified Trafull members.
11. Booking a seat: Eligibility of a trip for the booking system remains at the sole discretion of Trafull which reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. Service payment for seat booking allows members to pay for more than themselves by using the Trafull ID code of the subscriber they are paying for.
12. Platform is intended for booking of the seat for individuals. It is against the rules to book a seat for transporting an object, package, animal or any other material. It is also prohibited to publish an advert for a driver.
13. Rating system: Trafull encourages you to leave a rating for a driver (if you are a passenger) or about a passenger (if you are a driver). However, you cannot leave a rating about another passenger if you're a passenger or about a member whom you've not traveled together with. Trafull reserves the right to delete and not to publish any rating. Trafull also reserves the right to suspend your account if your ratings have been poor, unhealthy, abusive and discriminatory.
14. Posting travel plans: You can post travel plans on the platform as a driver. This means that you provide information about the trip you are about to make. It includes time, date, meeting points, estimated points of arrival, number of seats available: You can only post a ride if you meet these conditions: You hold a valid driving license, you only offer ride adverts for vehicles you own or use with the express permission of the owner. You are, and remain the main driver of the vehicle subject of the advert. You have no medical incapacity for driving. The vehicle you intend to use is a four-wheel car which can offer a maximum number of 7 seats. You should never post another advert for the same trip on the platform. All seats offered must have a seat belt. You do not offer more seats than the number available in your vehicle. You must use a vehicle that is in a good working condition. In addition to other reasons mentioned under the Termination clause below, Trafull reserves the right to immediately terminate the Service and the use of the Application should you not comply with any of the above rules.
1. The use of available Communication Services to voice any feedback, complaints, or requests to Trafull before publishing anything related to Trafull to any third party or the public.
2. The User agrees that when using the Services of Trafull, the User will not: Abuse, defame, threaten, harass, stalk, or otherwise violate the legal rights of Trafull, its staff, or any other user(s). Publish, post, distribute, dispatch, send, deliver or disseminate any names, materials, or information that is considered inappropriate, illegal, prohibited, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or unlawful.
3. Advertise, offer to sell, or offer to buy anything as an agent or distributor to Trafull.
4. Restrict or inhibit any other person or user from using the Services of Trafull.
5. Harvest or otherwise collect personally identifiable information about others, without consent.
6. Violate any code of conduct to be formulated by Trafull from time to time. Representation, Warranties, Indemnification and Limitation of Liability Without prejudice to the above, the Company makes no representation or warranties that:
